Along the way she dabbled in nutritional coaching and personal training. She has her 200 hour yoga teacher certificate from Colorado School of Yoga (2016) and has taught yoga both in the corporate and studio settings.
Going back to university in 2019, she earned her undergrad and masters in kinesiology. Near the end of her bachelors, she decided she wanted to do something with her shiny new degrees. Enter Co-Op. This is how she envisions herself making an impact on individuals as well as the community. Her heart is in movement for health, including mental health, and serving those in her hometown of Kansas City is her mission.
While away from the studio you can find her with her family, traveling, watching NBA games (televised and in-person), reading non-fiction books, on nature hikes, and magnetizing herself to like-hearted humans.
