Allie is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional certifications in trauma informed yoga, pre & post-natal, yin, restorative, adaptive yoga, vinyasa, meditation, & breath work.
She started practicing yoga to better her mental health and quickly realized how beneficial it is. Her mission is to help others feel good in mind and body through mindful movement and connecting with the breath. Her main goal is to help others get out of their head and into their body. She is known for her inclusive, gentle approach. She is strong in her belief that yoga is for every BODY!
When Allie isn’t teaching or practicing yoga she’s cuddling her 4 cats, reading, at the gym, or out in nature.
